1. Booking and Payment

1.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website, bank transfer, phone.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made more than    24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

2.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours hours before the session are non-refundable.

2.3. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

3. Usage Rules

3.1. Users must be 18 years or older or accompanied by a responsible adult.

3.2. Maximum occupancy must not exceed 15 people.

3.3. No smoking, alcohol, or drugs are allowed in or around the sauna.

3.4. Appropriate swimwear or towels must be worn at all times.

3.5. The sauna must not be used while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

3.6. Pets are not allowed inside the sauna.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. The sauna is not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including but not limited to: heart disease, respiratory issues, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or those on certain medications.

4.2. Consult with a healthcare provider before use if you have any health concerns.

4.3. Always stay hydrated before, during, and after sauna use.

4.4. Exit the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, or unwell.

5. Setup and Location

5.1. The mobile sauna requires a flat, accessible area for setup.

5.2. The client is responsible for ensuring safe access for setup, including any permits if required.

5.3. If the location is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, we reserve the right to cancel or relocate the setup.

 

6. Liability and Damages

6.1. Users participate at their own risk. We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during use.

6.2. The client is responsible for any damage to the sauna or equipment caused by misuse or negligence.

6.3. A damage deposit of $1000 may be required and is refundable after inspection.

7. Weather Policy

7.1. The sauna operates in most weather conditions, except extreme weather (e.g., storms, high winds).

7.2. In the event of unsafe weather, we may reschedule at no additional cost.

8. Code of Conduct

8.1. Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

8.2. We reserve the right to terminate any session without refund if staff feel that safety or conduct rules are being violated.

9. Privacy

9.1. We may collect personal information for booking and safety purposes.

9.2. Your information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9.3. By booking, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

10. Agreement

By making a booking or using the sauna, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
